How it Works

Before you commit to coaching you can book a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call to talk to me about your situation and ask me anything. This is the ideal chance to see if you’d like to work with me and to discover what I can do for you.

Initial Individual Coaching

The first coaching session is usually 1.5 hours. This extra time lets us get to know each other, understand where you are in your situation currently and allows me to personally work out a plan to suit you.

Follow up sessions booked individually are 1 hour long. 

These can be block booked as a package (see to the left) which is slightly cheaper, or you can book as you go.

Coaching Packages

I offer a package of 3 coaching sessions (or 3.5 hours of coaching) which include:

  • First sessions are 1.5 hours so you can tell your story and I can give you some immediate help.

  • With your help and input I will develop an action plan to move you forward.

  • Coaching is tailored specifically for you and your personal situation.

  • How to communicate with your ex

  • 2 x one-hour follow-up sessions that build on previous conversations, help understand where you feel you are in the process, talk about the challenges you’re currently facing and develop/amend your action plan to move forward.

  • Emergency text or phone support for when you feel you have suddenly been thrown off course or an unexpected event/situation presents itself.

  • Priority booking slots for an urgent session.
